Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from ArtPi Home. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms below.

Returns Eligibility

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Products that are damaged due to misuse or not returned in original condition may not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Return

• Contact us at info@artpi.eu within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

• We will provide detailed return instructions and the official warehouse return address.

IMPORTANT: Do not return items to our Tallinn office. All returns must go through the designated warehouse process.

Return Shipping

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• We will confirm the exact return method and cost when approving your return request.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.

• Processing time: 5–10 business days after the item is received by the warehouse.

• Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable, except in cases where the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Include photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

• Items returned without prior approval

• Products not in original condition or packaging
