Shipping policy

 We ship orders exclusively within the European Union. All products are fulfilled and shipped by our EU‑based partner supplier, Hertwill, which collaborates with certified European manufacturers and logistics partners. This ensures reliable delivery times and EU‑compliant handling of goods.

 Shipping Regions

• We ship to all EU member states.

• We do not ship outside the European Union.

 Order Processing

• Orders are processed automatically once payment is completed.

• Fulfilment and dispatch are handled by Hertwill’s EU warehouse network.

• Processing time is typically 1–2 business days.

 Delivery Times

• Standard delivery time within the EU: 3–7 business days.

• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination country and carrier logistics.

• Once the order is shipped, you may receive a tracking link when available.

 Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination within the EU.

• All shipping costs are displayed before completing the purchase.

 Carriers

Hertwill cooperates with established EU delivery partners such as DPD, GLS, DHL and other regional carriers.

 Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

If the carrier is unable to deliver your package due to incorrect address information or repeated failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to the warehouse. Reshipping fees may apply.

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us at info@artpi.eu within 7 days of delivery.

• Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will coordinate replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.

 Return Shipping

Returns are accepted according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Return shipping instructions and warehouse return address will be provided upon request.

Do not return items to our Tallinn office; returns must go through the official warehouse process.

 Customs & Duties

• No customs fees apply within the EU single market.

• VAT is included according to EU regulations.
